DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

 

Free ground shipping ( 3 to 7 business days) on all U.S orders over $100.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

We do not process orders over the weekend. Please allow 2 to 3 days in addition during holidays.

Upon completion of order processing, the shipping information including tracking will be sent to you via email.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL  SHIPPING:

 

All international shipping rates are those rates provided by Fedex to our customers.

LIZZY MARINO does not cover the cost of shipping, customs, duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver.

International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order.

 

NOTE: There could be a delay in processing your order if we encounter any issues with the billing information provided.

 

 

RETURN POLICY:

 

 

Liz Marino prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise, however, If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 21 days of delivery.

Returns received after 21 days will require a restocking fee of $9.50 which will be deducted from your refund.

Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

We do not accept exchanges at this time.

 

 

All returns must include the following criteria:

 

 

Unworn.

Unwashed.

All original tags must be attached.

No perfume or other scents.

Merchandise must not be altered.

 

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

 

All orders placed between December 1st and December 25Th that exceed our standard 21 day policy will have until January 15th to be returned.

 

RETURN PROCESS:

 

 

For all orders please visit our RETURN PAGE  and enter your order number and e-mail address. The link will instruct you to complete the process. We will e-mail you a return shipping label. A flat fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund.

The return must be shipped back to us within 5 business days of receiving the return label or the return will not be accepted. 

At the moment we aren't able to issue return labels to our customers outside of the US.

 

Damaged Goods

 

If you receive an item that is damaged, please visit our RETURN PAGE   and enter your order number and e-mail address. The link will instruct you to complete the process. We will e-mail you a return shipping label. The return must be shipped back to us within 5 business days of receiving the return label or the return will not be accepted

 

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

No COD ( Cash /Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted.

 

When will I get my refund?

 

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 10 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received and another email once it has been processed.

Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution). 

Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase.

We'll send you an email when our team has processed your refund, so you know it's on the way.
